Achievements:  Revised FMLA and Sick Leave policies to attain compliance and ensure policies were complementary. Board of Supervisors adopted both policies on first presentation. Both policies ensured lack of loop-holes and ensured FMLAmet federal guidelines.  County incurred residents' request to provide services to veterans. Board of Supervisors mandated a link beinstalled on County website to address issue. Needs assessment determined offerings provided by local, state, andfederal government (financial assistance, housing, health, job retraining, employment sites, etc).
